* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...In New York, Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Madison,
Tioga, and Tompkins Counties. In Pennsylvania, Bradford,
Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain showers along the cold front passage in
the late afternoon could contain locally higher wind gusts.
